## Plans

- Website: $399 one time. Up to 6 service pages, 10 town pages and 2 website tools. 3 rounds of changes. Target launch: 7 business days after details are received. Host with Built Right Sites for $9/month, or take the files and arrange your own hosting.
- Website + Marketing: $699/month, no setup fee, month to month. Up to 12 service pages and 50 town pages; hosting, trade tools, AI tools with monthly limits, call tracking, local SEO, Google Business Profile upkeep, 2 blog posts, 2 edits and a report. Covers building and launching the website. Blog posts start once the website is live.
- You own your website, content and code on either plan. Server-dependent features, including hosted AI tools and form processing, need appropriate hosting or separate arrangements after export.
- Domains, add-ons, third-party subscriptions and optional ad budgets are separate. Optional ads are available with Website + Marketing, up to $3,000/month online, and need campaign approval.
- AI receptionist in the current plan means website text chat. Telephone AI answering is not included in either listed plan.
- Booking: Jobber, Housecall Pro, Square Appointments, Calendly. An outbound Book online link opens the customer's existing provider booking page or request form.
- No guaranteed search rankings, AI recommendations, lead counts or sales.
