How does Calendly connect?
Your website’s Book online button opens the publicly shareable Calendly link you provide. Customers complete the request on that provider’s page.
Is it included in my plan?
The $399 Website includes a choice of two website tools; a booking-link tool can be one of them. Website + Marketing at $699/month includes every website tool for your trade. The provider account and its charges are separate.
Will those requests appear in my leads dashboard?
Requests completed on Calendly stay in that system. Requests submitted through your Built Right Sites forms appear in your leads dashboard. The standard link does not copy external requests between the two systems.
Does it synchronize availability or customer records?
No. The booking provider handles its own availability and records. The standard website connection is a link, not a two-way calendar or CRM integration.
