Previews and demos

Demos use illustrative businesses, content, imagery and tools. They are not customer results or guarantees. Saved preview links expire after 30 days and are viewable by anyone with the link. A preview does not include a Google Business Profile import, an inbox delivery service or a website audit. Demo forms do not send real requests. Your paid project scope specifies what will be connected for launch.

Website · $399 one time

The one-time build includes a home page, up to 6 service pages, up to 10 service-area pages, two standard trade tools, lead forms and technical SEO foundations. It includes 3 revision rounds before launch. Form tracking and owner access are included; phone-call tracking is not included. After launch, a website change request costs $49 and requires payment before work is queued. There is no required monthly fee. Optional hosting is $9/month; optional AI tools, additional content, integrations and other services need a separate quote and your consent.

You may request the static website files and arrange your own hosting. An export does not include indefinite free hosting, server functions, AI access, call numbers or third-party subscriptions. Moving the site may require configuring forms, analytics and integrations with your new provider.

Website + Marketing · $699 per month

The monthly plan has no separate setup fee. It includes an initial website with up to 12 service pages and 50 service-area pages, 5 prelaunch revision rounds, hosting, the available trade and AI tools, dedicated call tracking and reporting, ongoing SEO and Google Business Profile optimization, two blog posts and two post-launch website change requests per UTC calendar month. Additional change requests are $49 each. Unused included requests do not roll over. The first $699 month is charged at purchase and renews monthly from the purchase date until canceled. Monthly fees include the initial onboarding and website work as well as recurring services.

You supply accurate business information and the access required for profile optimization and tracking setup. Call-number availability, Google approval and third-party access may affect activation timing. Purchasing a plan does not automatically modify your Google account, provision a live number or launch an ad campaign. We confirm access and setup during onboarding.

Post-launch website change requests

Submit a focused description of the website changes you want through the owner portal. Website + Marketing includes two change requests per UTC calendar month; the one-time website and additional managed requests cost $49 each. A request covers changes to the existing website within its agreed scope. New custom software, a redesign, major new functionality or work outside the purchased scope requires a separate quote before work starts. The team reviews the request, applies the change through the website builder and sends the update for review. A change request is separate from a support question or a correction to a verified delivery defect. Paid requests enter the team queue after confirmed payment; included requests enter after successful allowance validation.

Content generation and review

Managed blog drafting uses the business facts, services and locations you approve. Two posts per month are drafted and checked automatically. After you approve the website and it is live, posts that pass the content checks publish automatically as part of your managed program. Flagged or uncertain articles remain in a team review queue until resolved. We do not invent customer work, reviews, credentials, safety advice or business claims. You must provide accurate information and rights to the materials used. You can review published content and request corrections. Content checks reduce errors but do not guarantee accuracy. You can request corrections or pause the blog program. Flagged drafts are not published while their review is unresolved. Unused monthly services do not roll over unless agreed in writing.

Optional advertising budget

Advertising allocation is separate from the $699 monthly service fee. $0 means no advertising charge. A positive amount selected at checkout creates a separately disclosed recurring monthly Stripe charge for project advertising funds. Stripe shows the service fee, selected allocation and combined total before payment. Typing an amount alone does not authorize a charge; the customer must complete checkout. Funds are recorded separately for the project. Before paid ads run, we confirm the advertising platform, account access, campaign scope, campaign budget and approval. Payment does not launch a campaign, and funding may remain unused while setup or approval is pending. Unused allocation is reviewed against recorded media spend, platform charges and pending activity on cancellation before reconciliation. Contact support about the current allocation and any change or cancellation. Third-party charges and advertising results are not controlled or guaranteed by Built Right Sites.

Tools, integrations and usage limits

AI tools are included on an active Website + Marketing plan and may be purchased separately for a one-time website. Monthly limits are 300 AI chat conversations, 100 photo checks, 300 storm-history lookups where relevant and 25 house-color previews where relevant. At a limit, the relevant tool pauses until the next month and directs visitors to contact the business. There are no automatic overage charges. AI output may be inaccurate and is not an inspection, diagnosis or professional advice. Third-party services may change or be unavailable.

Cancellation and refunds

The Website plan build fee can be refunded before delivery of the first staging link. After that delivery, the build fee is not refundable except where required by law. Website + Marketing and optional hosting are month-to-month: cancel before your next renewal through the client portal or by contacting support to stop future charges. Monthly charges cover the paid service term and are not prorated on cancellation except where required by law. Recurring hosting, AI, call tracking and managed services end with the paid term.

The finished website code and content remain yours. Before hosting ends, request an export or arrange optional hosting to keep the website online. We will explain the transfer options for tracking numbers; number transfer depends on the carrier and account eligibility. These terms do not exclude any rights or remedies required by law.

Schedule, results and approvals

Target initial launch is 7 business days for the Website plan or 14 business days for Website + Marketing after completed intake. These are planning targets, affected by content, access, domain changes, revisions and approvals. Custom projects get a separate written schedule. No particular lead count, ranking, Google Business Profile approval, AI-search placement, revenue or sales outcome is guaranteed. You approve the website before launch. The managed blog program uses automatic checks and publishing on the approved live website, with flagged content held for review. Ad campaigns and spend require separate approval.

Ownership and third-party materials

You own the finished site code and original content created for your project, subject to any third-party licenses. Your domain remains in your own account. You confirm that you have permission to use submitted logos, photos, reviews and other materials. Stock imagery must not be represented as your completed work. You are responsible for confirming your services, service areas, credentials and commercial claims.

Text messaging and call tracking

Owner sign-in uses email links and does not require a phone verification code. If you provide your number in a contact form, the business may call or text you about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help where supported. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Managed call tracking requires your approved routing number. Call recording, if offered, is not enabled without a separate decision about notice and consent. Call tracking can be configured without recording. You are responsible for the accuracy of your routing information and responding to inquiries.
