Privacy policy

Effective October 16, 2026. This policy explains how Built Right Sites handles information through builtrightsites.com, our preview builder, inquiries and website projects. Contact support@builtrightsites.com or (928) 438-8006 with questions.

Information you provide

We receive the contact details, business information, partner-application answers, messages, project requirements, logos and photos you submit. Do not upload information you do not have permission to share. A business phone entered in a preview may appear publicly in that concept.

Inquiries, calls and texts

We use your details to respond, prepare proposals, deliver projects and maintain our customer records. WhatConverts provides form tracking and owner access. Call records may include caller number, time, source and call outcome; if recording is enabled, applicable notices and consent are required. Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify and may be emailed to our support inbox. Providing a phone number for an inquiry permits replies about that request; it does not enroll you in a marketing-text list. Verification texts, where available, are sent only when requested.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for assistance, or contact support. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messaging (SMS)

The only automated text Built Right Sites sends is a one-time verification code, through Twilio, when you ask to sign in to your dashboard or to verify a number. If you give us your number in a contact form, a person on our team may call or text you about that request. Lead alerts for website owners are sent by email, not text. We do not send promotional or marketing text campaigns from our own number.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile numbers and opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Website measurement and your privacy choices

Our hosting and tracking providers process technical information such as IP address, browser, page, referrer and campaign source. On builtrightsites.com, Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement and WhatConverts form tracking and owner access load by default. They use cookies and similar technologies to measure site use and whether a page, ad or call led to an inquiry. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and we do not use these tags for personalized advertising. We do not sell your personal information. We do not send form contents, names, phone numbers or email addresses to Google Analytics or Google Ads.

Opting out. Choose “Your privacy choices” in the footer of any page, then “Opt out.” This browser then stops loading these tags on our site, Google’s analytics opt-out flag is set, and the Google Analytics and WhatConverts cookies on our domain are deleted. Choose “Allow” to turn measurement back on. Your choice is saved in this browser’s local storage, so clearing site data or using another browser or device resets it.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out and these tags do not load.

Previews and uploaded content

Saved preview links expire after 30 days. Anyone with a link may view its business details and uploaded media during that period; search indexing is disabled, but this is not password protection. Expired links stop working and associated preview records and media are eligible for deletion. Do not put sensitive personal information in a preview.

Customer project intake

After checkout, an essential, secure browser cookie connects your intake form to your paid project for up to 30 days. We also send a private intake link to the email on your payment receipt. These links expire after 7 days and let you continue on another device; anyone with a link can access the project intake, so keep it private. Opening a link creates an essential browser session lasting no longer than that link’s expiry. You can request a fresh link using your receipt email. Your confirmed services, service areas, notes and uploaded logo/photos are stored privately with the project and are available to our team. Intake pages do not load Analytics or call-tracking scripts. Uploaded content is used to deliver your website and may become public when approved for publication; uploading it does not itself publish it. Contact support to correct or delete project information, or if you cannot access your receipt email.

Service providers and payments

We use providers including Netlify for hosting and forms, Google Workspace for email, WhatConverts for form tracking and owner access (it loads by default unless you opt out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control), Smartlead for business outreach, Twilio for verification codes, Resend for lead-alert emails, OpenAI to repaint house photos in the optional color previewer, and Stripe for payments. Stripe collects payment details on its hosted checkout; we do not collect your full card number on this site. A house photo a visitor uploads to the color previewer is sent to OpenAI only to generate the preview and is not stored by us. Where our internal tools use OpenAI to assist with business-site analysis and writing, relevant business information may be processed for that purpose. Providers process information under their own terms and our service arrangements.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiry and project records as needed to respond, perform services, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. Retention varies by record and provider; deletion may not immediately remove backups or records required by law. Ask support to access, correct or delete your information, or stop outreach. We will assess requests under applicable law. Our services are intended for businesses, not children under 13.

Security and updates

We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no service can promise absolute security. Providers may process data in the United States or other locations. We may update this policy; the effective date above identifies the current version.

Client projects and account access

We use Supabase for private project records, uploads and verified email access, and Resend for project emails. Sign-in links are single use and expire after one hour; project sessions last up to seven days. Intake links expire after seven days. Project information includes business details, uploaded files, messages, revision requests, design approvals and domain launch authorizations. Internal staff access requires an authenticator code. Private project pages do not load marketing analytics.

We send intake reminders after approximately 24 and 72 hours if details have not been submitted; they stop after submission or when the project is paused or canceled. Daily private backups preserve project records and uploads. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion; billing and business records may need to be retained where required.
