Which plan should I choose?
Choose the $399 Website if you want a finished site you own and you’ll handle marketing yourself. Choose Website + Marketing at $699/month if you want hosting, call tracking, monthly content and local search work done for you.
What do I pay today?
$399 for the Website. For Website + Marketing, $699 today and $699 each month after, with no setup fee. Your first month covers building and launching your site; blog posts start once it’s live. Taxes, your domain, add-ons and any ad budget are extra. Checkout shows the exact total before you pay.
Does the $399 Website need a subscription?
No. Host with us for $9/month, or take the files and host anywhere. Your exported site keeps working; tools that need our servers (like AI chat) need hosting with us or a quoted add-on.
What do you do each month on Website + Marketing?
Keep your hosting and tools running, track calls and forms, work on your local search and Google Business Profile, publish two blog posts, make up to two edits you ask for, and send you a report. Setup (account access, your tracking number, first review) happens during onboarding. We don’t promise a number of calls, rankings or sales.
Are ads included in the $699?
No. Ads are optional and billed separately: leave the ad budget at $0, or choose up to $3,000/month. Checkout shows both amounts and the total before you pay. We track your ad budget separately, nothing runs until you approve the campaign, and any unused budget is settled with you if you cancel.
How do the blog posts work?
We write two posts a month from your approved services, towns and business facts. Once your site is live, posts that pass our checks publish automatically; anything flagged waits for our team. We never invent jobs, credentials or reviews. You can ask for corrections or pause the blog anytime.
Can I cancel Website + Marketing?
Yes, anytime — it’s month to month. Cancel before your renewal date and you won’t be charged again. Monthly services end with the paid month; your content and code stay yours, and we’ll hand over an export or move you to $9/month hosting.
What do you need from me for SEO and call tracking?
Your real service areas and business details, plus manager access to your Google Business Profile (never your password). We set up your tracking number during onboarding. Google’s approvals and number availability can affect timing. Your profile stays yours.
What are the revision and refund terms?
The Website includes 3 rounds of changes before launch; Website + Marketing includes 5. After launch, edits are $49 each, or 2 a month included on Website + Marketing (unused edits don’t carry over). The $399 is refundable until we send your first draft for review; after that it isn’t, except where the law requires. Monthly fees cover the month paid and aren’t prorated. Full terms.
Do you guarantee leads or rankings?
No one honest can. Rankings and leads depend on competition, demand, reviews and budget. We commit to the work we scope, and you’ll see every lead in your dashboard.
Do I need to buy a domain from you?
No. Keep your domain in your own account; we connect it at launch. Domain fees are paid to your registrar.
